Support Policy

We want every Themnific customer to get value from their theme. This page outlines what our support covers, how to reach us, and what to expect.

Support Hours

We’re based in Central Europe and provide support Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET (GMT+1). Depending on your time zone, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Tickets submitted on weekends are handled the following Monday.

Who Gets Support

Support is provided to verified buyers only. When you open a ticket, include your order number or license key for purchases made directly through Themnific, or your Envato purchase code for purchases made through ThemeForest.

What’s Included

• Answers to questions about the theme and its features
• Bug fixes for issues found in a fresh, unmodified theme install
• Compatibility updates for new WordPress versions
• Help using the theme where the documentation doesn’t cover your case

What’s Not Included

• Customization or installation services
• Support for third-party plugins or software
• Adding new functionality to the theme
• Fixing errors introduced by customization
• General WordPress how-to’s not specific to the theme — for that, the WordPress.org support forums are a better fit

Before You Open a Ticket

Check the documentation included with your download, most common questions are already answered there.

On Customization Requests

If you want something the demo doesn’t show — a different layout, a new function, a style not built into the theme — that falls outside basic support. We’re happy to give quick pointers (a couple of minutes’ worth) as a courtesy, but this isn’t a substitute for paid customization work, and we can’t accommodate repeated requests of this kind through the support system.

For anything beyond a quick tip, we’d recommend hiring a developer. Codeable is a vetted marketplace specifically for WordPress work and a reasonable place to start.
